Hostel Payment Details

  • If any damage is caused by the occupant, the repair or replacement cost shall be borne by the occupant.
  • If the occupant vacates the room before completion of 12 months, no refund of room rent shall be provided under any circumstances.
  • Electricity charges shall be borne by the occupant and paid every month irrespective of occupancy.

Facilities Provided to the Occupant

  • Housekeeping service for cleaning purposes.
  • One bed with mattress and pillow.
  • Separate cupboard with lock and key.
  • Study table.
  • Refrigerator and washing machine.
  • Water purifier.
  • Wi-Fi connection.
  • Induction cooktop.
  • Hot and cold water facility.

Terms & Conditions

  • The academic year shall commence from 1st June.
  • Every occupant must maintain discipline and decent behaviour during the stay.
  • Occupants shall not engage in quarrels, arguments, or activities causing inconvenience to other occupants, residents, or society members.
  • Management shall not be responsible for illness, accidents, vehicle mishandling, or misuse of electrical appliances.
  • Management shall not be responsible for the security of the occupant within or outside the hostel premises.
  • Occupants are solely responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, and cash. Management shall not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
  • No guests, family members, or friends are allowed inside the room.
  • Entry of girls, brothers, cousins, relatives, or unauthorized persons into the flat or society premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Lights, fans, geysers, and electrical appliances must be switched off when not in use.
  • Any damage caused to hostel property shall be charged to the responsible occupant.
  • Posters, birthday decorations, stickers, or materials that may damage the walls or paint are not permitted.
  • The main entrance door must be properly closed while leaving the flat, and all electrical switches must be switched off before leaving.
  • Any occupant terminating their stay before completion of the agreed period shall forfeit the amount paid.
  • Strict action shall be taken against occupants violating hostel rules and regulations.
  • Management reserves the right to ask any rule-violating occupant to vacate immediately without prior notice.
  • One recent passport-size photograph, one photocopy of a valid photo ID proof, and one photocopy of permanent address proof are mandatory for police verification.
  • Agreement registration charges and police verification charges shall be borne by the occupant.
  • Additional rent shall be charged for staying beyond the academic year.
  • A maximum extension of two days may be granted after completion of the academic year.
