Conditions<\/h1>\r\n\r\n<h2>Hostel Payment Details<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Student's Name:<\/strong> ________________________________________<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Deposit Amount:<\/strong> Rs. __________________ \/- (Refundable)<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Room Rent for 12 Months:<\/strong> Rs. __________________ \/- (Non-Refundable)<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Total Amount Payable:<\/strong> Rs. __________________ \/-<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li>If any damage is caused by the occupant, the repair or replacement cost shall be borne by the occupant.<\/li>\r\n    <li>If the occupant vacates the room before completion of 12 months, no refund of room rent shall be provided under any circumstances.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Electricity charges shall be borne by the occupant and paid every month irrespective of occupancy.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Facilities Provided to the Occupant<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li>Housekeeping service for cleaning purposes.<\/li>\r\n    <li>One bed with mattress and pillow.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Separate cupboard with lock and key.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Study table.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Refrigerator and washing machine.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Water purifier.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Wi-Fi connection.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Induction cooktop.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Hot and cold water facility.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li>The academic year shall commence from 1st June.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Every occupant must maintain discipline and decent behaviour during the stay.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Occupants shall not engage in quarrels, arguments, or activities causing inconvenience to other occupants, residents, or society members.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Management shall not be responsible for illness, accidents, vehicle mishandling, or misuse of electrical appliances.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Management shall not be responsible for the security of the occupant within or outside the hostel premises.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Occupants are solely responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, and cash. Management shall not be held responsible for any loss or theft.<\/li>\r\n    <li>No guests, family members, or friends are allowed inside the room.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Entry of girls, brothers, cousins, relatives, or unauthorized persons into the flat or society premises is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Lights, fans, geysers, and electrical appliances must be switched off when not in use.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Any damage caused to hostel property shall be charged to the responsible occupant.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Posters, birthday decorations, stickers, or materials that may damage the walls or paint are not permitted.<\/li>\r\n    <li>The main entrance door must be properly closed while leaving the flat, and all electrical switches must be switched off before leaving.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Any occupant terminating their stay before completion of the agreed period shall forfeit the amount paid.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Strict action shall be taken against occupants violating hostel rules and regulations.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Management reserves the right to ask any rule-violating occupant to vacate immediately without prior notice.<\/li>\r\n    <li>One recent passport-size photograph, one photocopy of a valid photo ID proof, and one photocopy of permanent address proof are mandatory for police verification.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Agreement registration charges and police verification charges shall be borne by the occupant.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Additional rent shall be charged for staying beyond the academic year.<\/li>\r\n    <li>A maximum extension of two days may be granted after completion of the academic year.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83d\udda8 Print Rules &#038; Conditions Hostel Rules &amp; Conditions Hostel Payment Details Student&#8217;s Name: ________________________________________ Deposit Amount: Rs. __________________ \/- (Refundable) Room Rent for 12 Months: Rs. __________________ \/- (Non-Refundable) Total Amount Payable: Rs. __________________ \/- If any damage is caused by the occupant, the repair or replacement cost shall be borne by the occupant.
